HAZARD ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (HACCP)
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. HACCP is a method of ensuring that the safety procedures that are in place for the maintenance of health and safety standards are actually being implemented. HACCP also seeks to ensure that the methods are effective to begin with. With strict HACCP protocols in place, the chance of a health and safety hazard occuring is very minimal.
At Adil Trading Company, our health and safety officer has undertaken the most rigorous safety procedures to ensure that our HACCP system is as stringent as it can be. Our food processing system has been divided into 2 parts; namely, the processing, and the packaging. This enables us to monitor all processes closer than if they were under 1 collective unit.
This also secures against, in the unlikely event of a hazard arising, that a hazard will spill-over into the other department; thus, a hazard is contained and enclosed. This type of subdivision of our HACCP system also allows us to home-in on the hazard quicker than if the system was united as one whole collective system.
All our HACCP protocols have been externally reviewed by health and safety organisations and they are vigilantly maintained by our health and safety officer.
At Adil Trading Company, we put the safety of our customers first and foremost, without any compromise. We hope that our customers are happy with the quality of our products and that they feel safe consuming them.
